We also offer free, informative presentations to schools and local organizations.
The knowledge of responsible pet ownership, pet education and proper animal care techniques is essential for people of all ages. To request a visit or a group tour from our Volunteer Coordinator please contact Whitney Wilgus at 233-0044 ext. 254 or

Critter Camp
Summer 2008 brings the return of our Critter Camp, a week-long camp centered around pet-related activities! Campers get to have hands on interaction with our shelter animals, learn proper animal care techniques, make animal-related crafts and enjoy a fun and educational week with our staff and critters! We can accept a maximum of twenty kids between the ages of 6 and 10 per weekly camp session. Camps run from 9 am-12 noon. Price is $125 per child; a scholarship fund is also available. 2008 Dates: June 9-13 June 16-20 June 23-27 July 7-11 July 14-18 July 21-25 July 28-August 1 For more information or to register your child, please contact Whitney Wilgus at 233-0044 ext. 254 or
