Maple’s Foster Parents have said:
“Maple has fully settled in here; she has way more of a personality than she showed at the shelter!
Maple loves to wrestle and run. She also loves to squeak toys (incessantly sometimes, haha)!
She does act dominant over other dogs, but will mind me if I ask her to calm down or stop while playing.
Maple does have a hard time listening outside – meaning she does not like to come when called outside in my yard (food normally gets her attention).
She has an obsession with squirrels/rodents. She will lose her mind a bit if she sees one in my yard or out on a walk. Something to be aware of especially when walking her because she will pull on the leashes a lot. She also has dug up my yard a bit. Shaking a treat bag or food in her bowl usually helps break that obsessive attention hold. She is a sweet baby and loves to snuggle!”
