Hi kids! I don’t think we’ve ever met. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Griff and I’m a 3-year-old Boxer mix. I came to the Lexington Humane Society (LHS) a few months ago. I was scared, hungry, and lonely – needless to say, I wasn’t very happy. The kind people here at LHS fed me, took care of me, and, most importantly, loved me! They helped find the perfect, forever home for me. Did you know LHS adopts out thousands of homeless animals each year? Now I have a family of my own, lots of toys to enjoy, and a big yard for running and playing with my canine siblings. I’m so happy! I told the staff at LHS I’d love to help out with this year’s Critter Camp and teach our campers about why LHS is simply the best.

Are you dedicated to dogs? Crazy for cats? Passionate about pigs? Well, I have the camp for you! Join me at LHS for a virtual version of our Critter Camp. You’ll learn about kindness and compassion, animal advocacy, and responsible pet care through a mixture of online and offline activities at home – all while working at your own pace. Don't worry, there are not specific dates for camp. It begins when you receive your 5-day camp kit! You will have the opportunity to virtually meet animals; watch fun videos to learn about pet care, animal safety, and more; and help animals find forever homes through art, crafts, and projects! Each day will include animal-themed activities, on-demand guest speakers, and videos. The best part is you will receive a take-home camp kit delivered directly to your house by one of my animal friends! Ready to have some “furtual” fun? Register below!
Woofs and barks,
