Happy Tails: Wilbur

lhs_pigs_9_18-20

Wilbur, a 5-year-old Vietnamese Potbelly pig, came to your LHS when his owners could no longer care for him.  Right away we could tell that Wilbur loved being around people and was quite the social butterfly.  While he waited for his new forever home, our dedicated staff and volunteers were happy to give him as much attention as he needed!  It didn’t take long for Wilbur to catch the eye of a family looking for a new forever friend.  We are happy to report that Wilbur is living a great life surrounded by a family that loves him.  But you don’t just have to take our word for it….

“Wilbur is doing great and seems to have settled right in.  He enjoys grazing and sunbathing on the farm, or snuggling up in his Cozy Cave when it is cold.  He loves walks and belly scratches!  He’s been so much fun!” -Michaela Mathis (Wilbur’s new mom!)

Are you interested in adopting one of the pigs available at LHS? According to the Chinese Zodiac, 2019 is the Year of the Pig so we are offering $20.19 adoption fees on all pigs currently available!
