SHOT THREE TIMES. NOW FIGHTING TO SURVIVE.
Cooper’s story is one of heartache, survival, and hope. Just months ago, he came to us as a stray, but now he’s back—this time, carrying the scars of unspeakable violence. He was shot three times when someone broke into the home where he was staying. Three bullets left him shattered, both physically and emotionally.
One bullet destroyed his back leg, leaving our vet team no choice but to amputate. His front leg, now the key to his mobility, is, quite literally, hanging by a thread. Despite all this, Cooper has shown nothing but resilience. He remains gentle, calm, and trusting, even when the world let him down.
The road to recovery will be long and expensive—filled with surgeries, X-rays, and treatments to give him a chance at keeping his front leg. There’s hope—an 85% chance we can save it—but only if we continue his care. And that’s where we need you.
The cost of his medical care is rising each day, and without your support, Cooper’s fight could be lost. But with your help, he has a chance—not just to survive, but to thrive.
This brave dog still believes in us. He’s fighting for his future, and we’re fighting for him. But we can’t do it without you.
Your donation today can make all the difference. It’s more than just helping Cooper; it’s about showing that love, care, and community can heal even the deepest wounds. And if you come to Bark Bash this year, you’ll get to meet Cooper—the dog who refused to give up, thanks to people like you.
Please donate now. Cooper and the countless other animals, like him, that come into our care are counting on us. Together, we can give them the future they deserve.
Your support makes a genuine difference. We can transform lives - together.
