“Marlow is such a sweet older gentleman with plenty of pep left in his step. He’s a total cuddle bug who loves curling up on the couch and soaking up attention. He also really enjoyed his walk, taking his time to sniff all the interesting smells along the way. He did an excellent job ignoring other dogs, even when they barked at him. He seemed a bit sensitive when my leg accidentally bumped his back end during the walk, but otherwise handled everything like a champ. He was wonderful in the car—calmly sitting or lying down most of the time—and he takes treats so gently. Overall, Marlow is a truly fantastic dog, and it’s hard to believe that at 8 years old, he still finds himself in the shelter.”
