Henry
Henry is the best dog!
And now Henry is in need of a foster home to help him recover from an unexpected surgery. Henry had a ureteral prolapse that needed repair, and he’ll be wearing the “cone of shame” until he can leave the surgery site alone.
Henry needs a calm environment to recover in with very little excitement and no playing for one week. It is very normal for this type of surgery to continue to drip some blood during the healing process so please consider this when deciding if you have the ability or space to accommodate him.
Check out these notes about Henry from our LHS volunteers!
“Henry is great on leash. He’s a good size dog that is relatively easy to manage. While on walks, he is very interested in his surroundings and has a great time sniffing all the grass he could find! Henry would do well in most homes with some basic training.”
